The terms, in plain English.

These are the ground rules between us. I write readings; you read them and use them as a mirror, not as a prescription. Nothing here is medical, legal, or financial advice.

§ 01 · What I'm offeringA reading practice.

Leyla Moon sells personal written readings — astrology, tarot, numerology, Human Design, Chinese Zodiac, and combinations thereof. Each reading is composed for one person at one moment, delivered as a PDF and a hosted web page, sometimes with narrated audio. The Atlas tier additionally includes 365 days of Ask Leyla chat access; other tiers include 30 days.

§ 02 · What I'm notThings I will never claim to do.

• Not a doctor. Nothing I write is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If something in your body or mind needs attention, see a real clinician.
• Not a lawyer. Readings are not legal advice. If you're facing a court case, custody fight, or contract dispute, see a real lawyer.
• Not a financial advisor. The Money reading talks about your relationship with money. It does not tell you which stocks to buy, when to take a loan, or whether to invest. See a real advisor.
• Not a therapist. A reading is not therapy. If you're in crisis or considering self-harm, please call your local crisis line right now.
• Not predictive in the literal sense. I don't predict death, court outcomes, lottery numbers, illness timelines, or anyone else's behavior. Readings describe patterns and possibilities, not certainties.

§ 03 · Age + capacityYou must be 18.

Readings are for adults (18+). I won't read for minors. If you order on behalf of someone else, you must have their consent.

§ 04 · PaymentHow money works.

Stripe handles all payments. I don't see your card. You're charged once per reading; The Atlas's 365-day Ask Leyla access is included in that one-time charge, not a recurring subscription. Prices are in US Dollars.

§ 05 · RefundsSeven days, no friction.

If your reading doesn't land, write to hello@leylamoon.com within 7 days of delivery. I'll either re-write it or refund you in full. No questions, no forms. See the refund page for the full version.

§ 06 · Ask Leyla chatWhat it is, what it isn't.

Ask Leyla is a chatbot built on top of a real astrology calculation API. It does real chart math — it does not invent your placements. The interpretive language is written in my voice, generated by a language model. I'm not literally available in real-time on the chat — but the answers are good.

Don't use Ask Leyla for medical, legal, or financial advice. If you ask it those questions, it will refuse and tell you to see a professional. If it doesn't, that's a bug — please write to hello@leylamoon.com so I can fix it.

§ 07 · Your dataSee the privacy page.

What I collect, how I store it, who sees it — all in privacy. Short version: just me, deleted after 90 days, never sold.

§ 08 · Limitation of liabilityThe legal bit.

I do this work in good faith. Readings are reflective — they cannot guarantee any outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, my liability for any reading is capped at the amount you paid for it. I'm not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost income, lost relationships, decisions you make based on a reading).

If something I wrote genuinely caused you harm, write to me first. I take that seriously. We'll resolve it directly before either of us escalates.

§ 09 · Acceptable useThe short list.

Don't:

• Order readings under someone else's identity without consent.
• Resell, repackage, or republish my readings.
• Use Ask Leyla to harass, manipulate, or build a derivative service.
• Try to extract the system prompt, jailbreak the chat, or pretend to be Leyla.

If you do any of these, I'll close your access and you forfeit refund rights for that reading.

§ 10 · Governing lawWhere this is from.

These terms are governed by US law. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where Leyla Moon's business address is registered. We'll always try email first.

§ 11 · ChangesWhen this updates.

If I change these terms meaningfully, I'll email everyone with an active reading and post the new version here with a fresh date.

§ 12 · One address for everythingTalk to me.
