Terms of Service

These terms are between you and WRLDWIDE Limited, incorporated in Hong Kong on 18 December 2025 with company number 79430086. WRLDWIDE Limited operates Leyla Moon and is the seller of every paid reading.

§ 01 · The serviceWhat you purchase.

Each product is a one-time personalized digital service. Depending on the product, delivery may include a hosted reading, PDF, narrated synthetic audio, or time-limited follow-up access. The product page and checkout control what is included. Delivery normally begins automatically after Stripe confirms payment.

Chart and numerology calculations are inputs to an automated interpretation. They do not make that interpretation objectively true, complete, or suitable for a consequential decision.

§ 02 · EligibilityAdults and authorized data only.

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.
• Every person whose information you submit must be at least 18.
• If you submit another person’s birth details, you confirm permission or another lawful basis.
• Do not submit medical records, passwords, financial account details, legal case files, or unnecessary intimate information.

§ 03 · BoundariesWhat Leyla cannot do.

Do not use a reading as medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, gambling, emergency, or crisis advice. The service does not diagnose, prescribe, guarantee outcomes, predict death or pregnancy, determine guilt, promise profit, remove curses, control another person, or replace a qualified professional.

Unsafe or prohibited requests may be refused before generation. If a paid request cannot be delivered for this reason, it follows the refund process below.

§ 04 · Price and taxOne charge, shown before payment.

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Stripe processes payment and may collect billing-address and tax information. Applicable taxes are shown before payment where configured. A reading is not a recurring subscription unless a future checkout clearly and separately says so.

§ 05 · Immediate performanceWhen work begins.

You may cancel before automated generation begins. At checkout you expressly request immediate performance after payment and acknowledge that, where applicable, beginning personalized digital performance may limit a statutory withdrawal right. This does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

§ 06 · RefundsFailures and defects are covered.

Duplicate charges, failed delivery, and materially defective or unusable delivery are eligible for correction or refund. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Mandatory consumer remedies always apply.

§ 07 · Your contentLimited permission to perform the service.

You keep rights in material you submit. You give WRLDWIDE Limited limited permission to process it only to validate, generate, deliver, secure, support, and legally administer the reading as described in the Privacy Notice.

§ 08 · Our contentPersonal use.

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your delivered reading privately. Do not resell it, impersonate Leyla, extract system instructions, interfere with the service, or use outputs to build a competing dataset or service. Applicable law may give you additional rights.

§ 09 · AvailabilityApproved markets only.

Paid access is offered only in locations cleared in WRLDWIDE Limited’s jurisdiction and tax register. Checkout may be blocked based on your stated and Stripe-verified billing location. New York paid orders remain unavailable unless applicable law changes or qualified counsel approves the offering.

§ 10 · LiabilityA proportionate limit.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WRLDWIDE Limited is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on a reading. Liability directly connected with a purchase is limited to the amount paid. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

§ 11 · Governing lawHong Kong, with mandatory local rights preserved.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-law right you have to bring or defend a claim elsewhere.

§ 12 · Changes and contactThe accepted version controls.

The policy version accepted at checkout is stored with your order. Later changes do not silently replace it for that transaction. Contact hello@leylamoon.com for support, complaints, privacy questions, or legal notices.
