If your reading doesn't land, write to me within 7 days of delivery. You'll get either a re-write or a full refund — your choice.
§ 01 · How it worksOne email.
Within 7 days of delivery:
- Send a reply to your delivery email — or email hello@leylamoon.com with subject "Refund".
- Tell me which: re-read, or refund. You don't have to explain. A sentence is enough.
- I respond within 24 hours.
- Refunds land back on your original card in 5–10 business days via Stripe.
§ 02 · What "doesn't land" meansYour call.
You don't owe me a reason. If the reading feels off — too generic, missed the question, didn't help — that's enough. You're the only one who knows.
Things you might feel that count:
- "This doesn't sound like me."
- "It missed what I actually came for."
- "The data feels wrong."
- "I expected more depth for the price."
- "It's well-written but I just need my money back this month."
§ 03 · The 7-day windowWhy a window at all.
Seven days is enough time to read it twice and sit with it. After 7 days the work has been done and the file has been transferred — at that point the refund window closes. If something genuinely came up that delayed your read (illness, travel, anything), email me anyway. I'm not rigid about this.
§ 04 · Ask Leyla chatSpecial note.
The Atlas tier includes 365 days of Ask Leyla. If you refund the Atlas within 7 days, the chat access closes immediately. If you've already had a few good chat sessions in those 7 days, that's fine — the refund still stands.
§ 05 · Partial refundsFor The Atlas only.
If you bought The Atlas and only one or two of the eleven readings missed the mark, write to me. I'll re-write those specific sections rather than refund the whole thing. (Most of the time this is what people actually want.)
§ 06 · Free toolsNothing to refund.
The Quiet Note, Numerology Card, and MBTI test are free. No money changes hands, no refund needed.
§ 07 · ChargebacksPlease write first.
If something's wrong, please email hello@leylamoon.com before filing a chargeback with your bank. I almost always resolve it the same day. Chargebacks cost me $15+ and take 2–3 months to settle, even when I refund — so the direct path is faster for both of us.
§ 08 · AddressThe only address.
