Refund & Cancellation Policy

WRLDWIDE Limited, incorporated in Hong Kong with company number 79430086, sells Leyla Moon readings as personalized one-time digital services generated automatically after Stripe confirms payment.

§ 01 · Before generationYou may cancel.

You may cancel for a full refund until automated generation begins. Because generation normally starts promptly after confirmed payment, contact hello@leylamoon.com immediately from the order email.

§ 02 · After generation beginsFailures and material defects.

After generation begins, we provide a refund or appropriate correction for a duplicate charge, failure to deliver, a corrupted or inaccessible deliverable, or a materially defective output that does not substantially match the purchased product description.

§ 03 · Safety refusalRequests outside the boundary.

If the system refuses an unsafe or prohibited request before generation, no charge should complete. If payment completed and a reading cannot safely be produced, WRLDWIDE Limited will initiate a refund to the original payment method.

§ 04 · Request helpOne clear route.

1. Email hello@leylamoon.com from the order email.
2. Include the product, purchase date, and a brief problem description. Do not resend sensitive intake.
3. We will acknowledge and verify the Stripe transaction.
4. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; timing is controlled by Stripe and the card issuer.

§ 05 · Mandatory rightsLocal law still applies.

Nothing here removes a statutory cancellation, conformity, refund, chargeback, or consumer remedy that cannot legally be waived. For UK/EU immediate digital performance, checkout separately records your request to begin and acknowledgment of the applicable withdrawal consequence.

§ 06 · DisputesContact without losing rights.

Contacting us directly is usually quickest, but you are not required to give up any lawful card, regulator, court, or dispute-resolution right.
